- RELI Group has extended its support for two TSA programs
- Both awards continue partnerships dating back to 2020 and 2021
- The 2026 Homeland Security Summit will explore AI, cybersecurity and more
RELI Group has secured two task orders from the Department of Homeland Security’s Transportation Security Administration to provide program management support for the agency’s Vetting Analysis Division, or VAD, and IT support for its Exercise Information System, or EXIS.

As TSA continues to rely on industry partners to support its vetting operations and security training efforts, homeland security leaders are focused on the priorities ahead. The Potomac Officers Club’s 2026 Homeland Security Summit on Nov. 10 will bring together government and industry leaders to discuss artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, border security and other priorities shaping the homeland security mission. The company said work under both task orders kicked off on Wednesday, Sept. 30.
What Is the Scope of the TSA VAD Task Order?
Under the VAD task order, RELI Group will deliver integrated program management support services to the division, extending work the company began in 2020.
The company’s responsibilities include program and project management, reporting and analytics, forensic analysis, and quality control and assurance. RELI Group will also provide training, process optimization and mission support for the division.
“Supporting VAD requires a strong understanding of both the mission and the day-to-day operational demands behind it,” said Tish Mossman, vice president of national security and safety at RELI Group. “Over the past several years, our team has built that understanding while working alongside TSA to strengthen processes, improve visibility and support consistent, high-quality execution. We’re excited to continue that work and help VAD adapt to evolving mission needs.”
What Will RELI Group Provide Under the EXIS Task Order?
RELI Group will handle operations and maintenance, help desk services, bug fixes and system enhancements, and AI services for EXIS, along with outreach, communications, content management and program management.
EXIS is an online portal through which federal, state and local transportation and municipal officials access security training and exercises.
According to Mossman, RELI Group has gained extensive knowledge of EXIS, its users and its mission since 2021.
“This award gives us the opportunity to build on that experience while continuing to bring new ideas and capabilities to the program. We value the trust TSA has placed in our team and look forward to continuing this partnership,” Mossman noted.
What Other Developments Has RELI Group Announced Recently?
The TSA awards follow several other recent developments at RELI Group. In September, the company introduced RELIability AI, an agentic AI platform designed to help federal agencies turn complex information into actionable insights.
That same month, RELI Group received a five-year contract from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to provide risk management framework and cloud security operations support.
In February, the company won a $22 million task order from the Department of Health and Human Services to provide IT cybersecurity program support for the Indian Health Service.
RELI Group has also expanded its leadership team. In April, it appointed Jeff Plant as program director for health.
