Carahsoft Technology has signed distribution partnerships with Polygraf AI and ArtSci AI, adding tools that help agencies control how they handle sensitive data in AI systems and train intelligence analysts to work alongside these capabilities.
Carahsoft said Monday it will serve as master government aggregator to Polygraf AI and ArtSci AI, reaching agencies through a reseller network and contract vehicles, including NASA’s Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement V, The Interlocal Purchasing System and OMNIA Partners.

Agency and industry leaders will take up the question of how to put AI into federal missions at the Potomac Officers Club’s 2027 Artificial Intelligence Summit on March 18. Register now.
What Does Polygraf AI Offer Agencies?
Polygraf AI offers its AI Behavioral Control Plane, which enforces policies in real time across endpoints, communications and collaboration tools to mitigate data exposure risks prior to AI system ingestion.
Core operational controls encompass real-time prompt and output filtering, automated sensitive data discovery and redaction, enterprise AI monitoring, audit trail logging, and synthetic media detection. Built to run natively on standard x86 CPU architectures without GPU dependency, the platform supports on-premises, private cloud and air-gapped deployments to help users comply with sovereign data residency and security directives.
Bill Donellan, senior vice president for global public sector at Polygraf AI, said agencies accelerating AI adoption need practical ways to protect sensitive information and maintain control over how the technology is used.
Michael Adams, Carahsoft’s program executive for AI solutions, said visibility, policy enforcement and protection of sensitive information are becoming more important as agencies integrate AI into operations.
What Does ArtSci AI Offer Agencies?
ArtSci is owned and operated by intelligence analysts and sells three things: a training course called Intelligence by Design, a knowledge workflow design service and a production platform called Tradecraftworks.
Intelligence by Design equips intelligence professionals to plan, design, build and validate AI-enabled analytic capabilities through a tool-agnostic approach that adapts to evolving models, platforms and technologies.
The workflow design service converts expert reasoning into documented, reusable agentic workflows recorded in what the company calls Knowledge Task Profiles, covering objectives, inputs, procedures, judgment, outputs and controls.
Tradecraftworks turns near-real-time publicly available information and other approved data into source-grounded analytic products with validation built into production.
ArtSci CEO Kris Lee said AI adoption has to begin with people and the work they perform, and that the company’s approach moves agencies from experimentation to defensible mission capability while keeping analysts responsible for orchestration, validation and judgment.
“By combining training, knowledge workflow design and intelligence production capabilities, ArtSci AI’s comprehensive suite enables agencies to deploy AI in structured, defensible workflows tailored to their unique needs,” Adams commented.
How Is Carahsoft Building Its AI Portfolio?
The two additions to Carahsoft’s portfolio follow a run of AI partnerships. The public sector distributor established collaborations with ModelOp for AI lifecycle management and governance, Piazza Consulting Group for its D360 document automation platform, and Cohere for AI models and agentic tools. Earlier agreements brought in Credo AI for governance and risk management, Tumeryk for AI security posture, Hupside for workforce assessment, and Kovr.ai for cyber compliance automation.
