Procentrix has received two task orders from the Department of Justice covering support services for an executive correspondence platform and upgrades to a project management system used by the department’s inspector general.

Federal civilian agencies continue to update the platforms and processes that underpin their daily mission operations. The Potomac Officers Club’s 2026 FedCiv Summit on Oct. 29 will bring together government and industry leaders to discuss how artificial intelligence can speed up agency modernization and migration efforts and how federal civilian IT strategies can be turned into measurable mission results. The company said Tuesday it will support DOJ’s Executive Correspondence Action Tracking System, or eCATS, for five years under one task order and will modernize capabilities for the DOJ Office of the Inspector General, or OIG, under the other.
What Is the Scope of the eCATS Task Order?
Under the five-year task order, Procentrix will provide continued support services for eCATS on behalf of DOJ’s Office of the Chief Information Officer. Department leaders use the system to manage and monitor executive-level correspondence and other written materials. The platform automates document review, control, coordination and tracking across DOJ.
The award extends the company’s eCATS work beyond a 2026 bridge contract and adds to its prior development and maintenance support for the platform.
Gregg Hawrylko, vice president of national security and judiciary at Procentrix, said the company is proud to continue supporting DOJ’s work.
“This award reflects our team’s understanding of the platform and our commitment to delivering reliable technology to assist our federal customers in efficiently managing their mission processes,” Hawrylko said.
What Does the DOJ OIG Modernization Task Order Cover?
The second task order calls for Procentrix to upgrade the tools OIG relies on to oversee performance, projects and other organizational activities through its Project and Performance Management System. The effort centers on improving the processes and systems that help the office coordinate work and maintain visibility into its operations.
Procentrix said the upgraded capabilities aim to provide OIG with streamlined workflows and broader access to the information required to monitor ongoing initiatives.
