Radiance Technologies has promoted Space Group Vice President Paul Lithgow to chief growth officer, tasking the longtime aerospace and defense executive with leading the company’s enterprise growth strategy as it expands across defense and intelligence markets.

“I have known Paul for nearly 40 years and respect his judgement,” said Bill Bailey, CEO of Radiance Technologies, in a press release published Friday.

“His experience in growing companies aligns perfectly with our strategic vision as we continue to expand our footprint in the defense and intelligence community,” he added.

Who Is Paul Lithgow?

Lithgow is recognized for his expertise in space systems, acquisition and systems management, as well as his ability to translate technical capabilities into mission-relevant tools for government customers.

He brings over four decades of experience in aerospace and defense, spanning military service, engineering leadership and executive management.

He previously served as CEO at GEOST, focused on space systems, satellite components and communications technologies. He also held executive roles at Comtech AeroAstro and Comtech Mobile Datacom.
