U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has selected Procentrix for a task order worth about $35 million to sustain and broaden technology support for the case management platform used at its Office of the Principal Legal Advisor, or OPLA.
The Herndon, Virginia-based contractor said it received the competitively awarded order through ICE’s Scalable Ways to Implement Flexible Tasks, or SWIFT, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract.

Procentrix is one of the sponsors of the Potomac Officers Club’s 2026 Homeland Security Summit on Nov. 12, where discussions will include the Department of Homeland Security’s priorities in technology investments. Procentrix previously helped modernize the platform by moving it to the cloud.
Gregg Hawrylko, vice president of national security and judiciary at Procentrix, said the next phase will advance the platform as OPLA’s requirements and data holdings grow. The aim, he said, is to make information “easier to find, understand, and use.”
What Services Will Procentrix Provide Under the ICE Task Order?
The scope covers Agile software development, user experience improvements, data analytics, operations and maintenance, and end-user assistance. Integration work will connect the OPLA Case Management System and associated platforms with systems at ICE and partner agencies hosted in cloud, hybrid or on-premises settings.
Procentrix also plans to use artificial intelligence and automation tools for cognitive search, translation and related workflows while expanding business intelligence tools to boost efficiency.
CEO Mike Hughes said the company’s OCMS experience positions it to introduce new technologies “without sacrificing the stability and continuity a mission-essential system requires.”
How Does the OPLA Award Expand Procentrix’s ICE SWIFT Portfolio?
The award follows a separate SWIFT task order, also valued at about $35 million, to modernize applications supporting electronic intercept operations by Homeland Security Investigations’ Title III and Linguistics Unit. In June, Procentrix booked a SWIFT order for the Blue Line Bridge collaboration platform used by law enforcement task forces.
ICE chose Procentrix in 2022 as one of seven companies in SWIFT’s collaborative services domain. The five-year vehicle runs through Sept. 14, 2027, and its ceiling has grown from $340 million to $1.09 billion.
Outside ICE, Procentrix secured two Department of Justice task orders in September and a NASA SEWP VI prime contract in June. The company also launched its CINQ collaboration platform in July.
