CGI Federal and Amazon Web Services have built a catalog of AI agents for federal agencies, covering cyber defense, fraud detection, benefits processing and back-office work.
CGI announced the AI Agent Catalog on Tuesday, offering access to thousands of enterprise use cases designed to accelerate adoption.
The launch followed a strategic collaboration agreement the companies signed in April. The partnership covers AI adoption and secure cloud for the U.S. public sector, with work spanning analytics, fraud prevention and zero trust architecture.

What Can Agencies Do With the AI Agent Catalog?
The catalog enables agencies to build autonomous AI agents that safely automate complex administrative tasks, freeing federal staff to focus on high-priority strategic work. CGI Federal complements its catalog with governance consulting to support data-driven decision-making across government.

“This offering gives federal teams a foundation to adopt agentic AI responsibly and with confidence, ensuring human judgment stays at the center while accelerating innovation across the enterprise,” Fadel added.
How Does the AI Agent Catalog Fit CGI Federal’s AI Work?
The catalog followed an AI-powered IT modernization offering the company introduced in June. The tool analyzes aging federal systems and produces modernization road maps. It runs on Yukon, CGI’s proprietary AI workforce platform, and is hosted on AWS.
In 2025, the company built a fraud, waste and abuse prevention platform with TrackLight, available to agencies through the Department of the Treasury’s Financial Management Quality Service Management Office marketplace. It also won a $64 million contract in February to modernize the Environmental Protection Agency’s Compass financial management system.
