- Vantor has tapped CACI and EnduroSat for its Pulse satellite program

Vantor has selected CACI International and EnduroSat to develop and build the initial satellites for Vantor Pulse, a planned fleet of 40-centimeter-class satellites intended to capture imagery of the same location on Earth as frequently as every 15 minutes.
Vantor said Thursday the selection begins the first phase of its planned 24-satellite Pulse fleet.
What Is Vantor Pulse?
Vantor Pulse is a proliferated fleet of high-revisit satellites designed to provide continuous, broad-area monitoring across the globe. The system captures 40-centimeter-class imagery of the same location as often as every 15 minutes. Pulse is designed to work alongside Vantor’s higher-resolution satellites, automatically triggering follow-on collection once a change is identified.
Data collected by Pulse will feed into Tensorglobe, Vantor’s spatial intelligence platform, where it can be combined with 3D data, AI-driven analytics and high-resolution imagery. The fleet is also built as a multisensor architecture, with the ability to accommodate additional sensor types, including radio frequency payloads, beyond its initial electro-optical capability.
What Will EnduroSat and CACI Provide for Vantor Pulse?
EnduroSat will supply the satellite buses and handle integration for the initial phase of the Pulse fleet. CACI will provide the optical imaging payloads for the satellites.
Payload integration and testing will occur in the U.S., with the initial Pulse satellites expected to deploy between 2027 and 2029.
What Did Vantor, EnduroSat & CACI Officials Say About the Partnership?
Matt Jenkins, chief space systems officer at Vantor, said the systems engineering behind Pulse is central to the program.
“We’re designing the fleet to support different sensor types over time and feed that data into Tensorglobe, where it can be brought together with AI and other data sources,” Jenkins noted. “Combined with our higher-resolution satellites, that gives customers both the persistence to see change and the detail to understand what matters. Together, they create one of the broadest remote-sensing architectures in the commercial market.”
Raycho Raychev, founder and CEO of EnduroSat, said the partnership addresses a longstanding constraint in Earth observation.
“Vantor is eliminating the oldest tradeoff in Earth observation—resolution or revisit, never both. We could not be more proud to support the first commercial architecture to deliver both, supplying standardized, payload-agnostic buses from a production line that has already put more than 100 satellites in orbit,” Raychev said.
Andreas Nonnenmacher, senior vice president of space at CACI and a two-time Wash100 awardee, said the company’s role supports both commercial and national security needs.

How Does the Pulse Fleet Fit Into Vantor’s Broader Government Push?
The Pulse fleet announcement follows a year of expansion across Vantor’s government business. The company recently booked a contract to support the Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific’s maritime domain awareness work with the Indian Navy and other Indo-Pacific Partnership for Maritime Domain Awareness partners, and Will Cocos was elevated to executive vice president and general manager of Vantor’s U.S. government business, succeeding Susanne Hake.
Vantor has also introduced its WorldView 3D satellite tasking line, delivering updated 3D terrain data within 24 hours of image collection, and paired its Sentry monitoring system with Windward’s maritime AI platform for continuous vessel tracking. The company has secured a contract to provide the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency with near real-time orbital intelligence on space objects under the Luno B program and a $217 million Army contract for One World Terrain support, delivering 3D terrain data for the Army’s Synthetic Training Environment.
