Everforth ECS has won a position on the potential $58 million Consumer Product Safety Commission, or CPSC, data solutions blanket purchase agreement and has taken the first task order issued under it.
That order covers one year of data management work valued at $1.7 million, the company said Tuesday. Everforth ECS brought in Novaren Systems as a partner on the effort.
Six companies hold positions on the BPA, which runs through May 2031.

What Does the CPSC Work Cover?
The scope spans data lake modernization, cloud-native data engineering, data governance, metadata management, and AI and machine learning enablement.
The first task focuses on migrating CPSC’s legacy on-premises SAS environment to a cloud-native platform, according to Asad Akhtar, science and engineering business unit leader at Everforth ECS.
Everforth ECS will also support modernization of the National Electronic Injury Surveillance System, or NEISS, and the agency’s Sentinel effort. CPSC expects a modernized NEISS to reach full effectiveness in early 2027, replacing manual processes with something built to scale.
Donnie Scott, president of Everforth ECS, said the work aims to strengthen the foundation CPSC needs to turn data into mission outcomes.
Federal spending records list Industrial Economics, eSimplicity, Guidehouse, Analytica and MindPetal Software Solutions alongside ECS Federal, the legal entity under which Everforth ECS holds contracts.
What Other Federal Work Does Everforth ECS Hold?
The company won a potential $104.3 million sole-source National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency contract in December for AI development work, then took a position in February on the General Services Administration’s Alliant 3 governmentwide acquisition contract, awarded to 43 companies for enterprise IT modernization.
In May, Everforth ECS secured a $115.5 million Army contract for AI and machine learning research running through 2029. It captured a four-year, $30 million Defense Health Agency contract in August covering predictive AI models and dashboards for health IT.
