Ethos, a human readiness-focused enterprise software provider, announced the formation of its federal advisory board.
Driving AI-Powered Modernization
The Redwood City, California-based company said Tuesday the new board, composed of individuals from the U.S. Army, Navy and Air Force, is tasked with enhancing Ethos’ mission readiness and offering guidance to drive federal modernization efforts, including integrating artificial intelligence-driven technologies into legacy training models. The board will also guide the company through federal procurement, ensuring national security, data protection, human readiness and training infrastructure.
Ethos Federal Advisory Board
Ethos’ advisory board includes retired Gen. Paul Funk, former commanding general of the Army Training and Doctrine Command, and retired Lt. Gen Chris Nowland, former deputy chief of staff for operations at the Air Force. Also named to the board are retired Lt. Gen. Shaun Morris, former Air Force Life Cycle Management Center commander and former Rapid Sustainment Office program executive officer, and retired Maj. Gen. Steven Williams, former director of communications of the Air Combat Command.
Retired Rear Adm. Christian Becker, former commander of the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command, and retired Rear Adm. Mark Leavitt, former commander of the Naval Safety Center, were also selected as board members.
TSecond.ai President of the Public Sector Markets Raj Iyer, former Army chief information officer and two-time Wash100 Award winner, and Ross Guckert, former PEO of the Army’s enterprise information systems, complete the list.
