Procentrix has received a task order worth about $35 million to modernize applications used in court-authorized electronic intercept operations by Homeland Security Investigations’ Title III and Linguistics Unit.
The competitively awarded order was secured under the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Scalable Ways to Implement Flexible Tasks, or SWIFT, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, the Herndon, Virginia-based company won said Tuesday.

Procentrix is a sponsor of the Potomac Officers Club’s 2026 Homeland Security Summit on Nov. 12, where Department of Homeland Security leaders will discuss the department’s priorities in technology investments. What Does the HSI Title III Task Order Cover?
The Title III and Linguistics Unit combines emerging technologies with linguistic and transcription resources to pursue complex criminal organizations, and its application suite equips investigators throughout those operations. Procentrix will work to build new capabilities through Agile development, operate and maintain existing tools, and manage enhancements, integrations and software releases. Using DevSecOps practices, the company aims to make the applications faster, more effective and easier to scale while improving usability.
Gregg Hawrylko, vice president of national security and judiciary at Procentrix, said the team will focus on making the tools “more effective for investigators” by applying emerging technologies that cut manual work and widen access to information.
How Will Procentrix Connect the Applications to ICE Data Systems?
The effort calls for linking the suite to ICE’s Data Lake and its wider enterprise data environment. Procentrix will also provide application programming interface management, data analytics, systems integration and automation to simplify workflows and improve information availability.
CEO Mike Hughes said the expanded role brings more of the company’s application, data, automation and integration capabilities to “work that has a direct operational impact.”
What Other ICE SWIFT Work Does Procentrix Hold?
Procentrix was one of seven companies ICE selected for SWIFT in September 2022, placing in the collaborative services domain. The five-year, multiple-award vehicle supports development, integration and customization of agency applications through Sept. 14, 2027, and its initial $340 million ceiling has since grown to $1.09 billion. In June, Procentrix received a SWIFT task order for Blue Line Bridge, a Microsoft-native cloud collaboration platform, following an HSI pilot.
In September, Procentrix booked two Department of Justice task orders supporting the Executive Correspondence Action Tracking System and Office of the Inspector General modernization. In July, it introduced CINQ, a cloud-native collaboration and data management platform for federal missions.
