How Will the Project Support West Point’s Mission?
Under the contract, the company is supporting Army objectives to modernize AV; broadcast; and command, control, computers, communications, cyber and information technology systems intended to improve instruction, collaboration and operational effectiveness.
“This award reflects our commitment to delivering innovative solutions that directly support operational readiness,” said Jeffrey Bohling, Empower AI president and CEO and a two-time Wash100 Award recipient.
How Does the Award Build on Empower AI’s Army Work?
The task order continues Empower AI’s support of Army modernization efforts through the TEIS IV contract vehicle.
In 2023, the company received a $21 million TEIS IV task order from ISEC’s National Capital Region Engineering Directorate to provide IT and engineering support for Army intelligence organizations. That work included implementation of AV systems; IT infrastructure; secure voice capabilities; and engineering, testing, cybersecurity and quality assurance services.
Empower AI also secured a $14 million TEIS IV task order in 2022 to provide cybersecurity support services for ISEC’s Mission Engineering Directorate, including cybersecurity life cycle management, engineering assistance and security control assessor-validator support.
