The team poured 82 million pounds of concrete through more than 200 trucks at the Wilshire Grand Center for a period of 18-and-a-half hours, the company announced Wednesday.

The 73-story Wilshire Grand Center will be built with 900 rooms and a swimming pool and is scheduled to be completed in 2017.

According to Turner, Wilshire will be the tallest building west of the Mississippi River.
