TCOM has updated its corporate branding to reflect the company’s expansion beyond traditional aerostat systems into a broader set of persistent elevated awareness capabilities.

The rebrand includes a new logo and visual identity that, TCOM said Monday, aligns with its evolving product and service portfolio, which includes autonomous, long-endurance platforms and integrated sensing offerings. The updated branding will be rolled out across digital platforms, facilities and product materials in the coming months.

Why Did TCOM Update Its Brand Identity?

According to the company, its business has changed over the past several years, driven by both organic growth and acquisitions, including the 2022 purchase of Aerostar International, which specializes in the design, manufacture, integration and operation of persistent stratospheric platforms and radar systems.

“Our brand is evolving alongside our capabilities,” said Ron Bendlin, president and CEO at TCOM.

“By bringing together TCOM’s aerostat, payload, and system integration expertise with Aerostar’s radar, stratospheric and near-space capabilities, we offer customers a more complete and flexible approach to persistent elevated awareness,” he continued.

The brand update follows recent contract activity that underscores TCOM’s role in supporting persistent surveillance missions.

How Does the Rebrand Align With a Recent Army Contract Award?

In March 2025, TCOM secured a spot on a $4 billion U.S. Army indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to develop, field and sustain aerostat systems and related capabilities. Under the multiple-award task order contract, the company is positioned to support the Army’s Program Directorate Aerostats through its portfolio offerings, which are expected to meet the service’s requirements for tethered aerostat applications, tethered unmanned aerial systems, and stratospheric high-altitude balloons.
