Glasswall has appointed Kristie Romer as senior vice president of federal. Romer, a federal sales executive with a background in enterprise IT, artificial intelligence and mission-focused technology, brings more than 15 years of experience supporting Department of War customers, according to a corporate announcement shared with ExecutiveBiz on Monday.
Who Is Kristie Romer?
She most recently served as an enterprise account manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where she supported Army customers, and previously spent more than a decade at Dell Technologies managing Department of War accounts.
Earlier in her career, she served as vice president of sales for the Americas at Integrated Biometrics and as a senior account manager at Cross Match Technologies.
Romer holds a bachelor’s degree in technical management from DeVry University.
What Are Romer’s Responsibilities at Glasswall?
As SVP of federal, Romer will lead growth strategy and customer engagement across the defense and intelligence community. According to Glasswall, she is known for building high-impact partnerships across government, system integrators and industry to accelerate mission outcomes.
Her responsibilities also include supporting the adoption of zero trust data protection approaches, including the use of Glasswall’s Content Disarm and Reconstruction technology to enable secure file transfer and cross-domain data movement.
