Acclaim Technical Services has appointed Gloria Glaubman as its first chief technology officer. ATS said Wednesday Glaubman will oversee the company’s technology strategy as it supports mission-critical intelligence community programs, underscoring its focus on delivering cybersecurity, engineering and technology for intelligence operations.

“My goal as CTO will be to make sure our technology solutions help further scale our nation’s critical missions,” said Glaubman.

Who Is Gloria Glaubman?

Glaubman is a senior technology and cybersecurity executive who recently retired after 20 years in government service. She currently holds advisory roles with Next Peak, Nihon Cyber Defence, the Japan Institute for CyberSpace Studies and Adelphi Data, and founded GMG Consulting in 2025 to provide board-level cybersecurity and emerging technology guidance.

Previously, she served as senior cyber adviser at the U.S. embassy in Tokyo, leading the modernization of the Japanese government’s cybersecurity practices, including zero-trust adoption and enhanced incident response. She also held multiple federal leadership roles, including executive director, overseeing enterprise cloud, artificial intelligence and data modernization for national security.

Earlier in her career, Glaubman spent 15 years in senior federal information management and security roles and worked at Bell Atlantic and Verizon, managing secure telecommunications deployments for government and intelligence clients.

What Did ATS CEO David Popelier Say About Glaubman’s Appointment?

“As our first CTO, Gloria brings the ideal combination of technology leadership experience, a very deep understanding of our client base, and proven project management expertise in complex technical challenges. I look forward to Gloria driving next generation innovation that will help ATS deliver truly impactful mission-critical solutions that will serve both our current and future Intelligence Community clients,” said David Popelier, CEO of ATS.
