Neel Mehta 
Scott Goldstein has served as chief technologist and head of the advanced missions solutions group at Dynetics since late 2012.
He is a 30-year veteran of areas such as SIGINT, MASINT, IMINT, C4ISR cyber, radar, sonar, imaging, communications and navigation.
Goldstein has previously held executive leadership roles at QinetiQ‘s North American business, ManTech International and SAIC.
His background also includes work on research and development, program design and technology management services for military and national intelligence agencies and service as a resource to Congress on C4ISR, space, homeland security and cyber concerns.
He holds a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California.
