Sarika Lamont has joined TechnoMile as chief people and artificial intelligence enablement officer. The role gives her responsibility for human resources, talent strategy and AI transformation, the company said Monday in a LinkedIn post, noting that Lamont brings two decades of experience building people strategy and operational infrastructure in the government contracting and technology sectors.
What Experience Does Sarika Lamont Bring to TechnoMile?
Lamont arrives from video platform company Vidyard, where she most recently served as chief people officer and led AI enablement efforts. She joined Vidyard in 2022 as vice president of people and culture before advancing to the C-suite in 2025.
Her earlier roles include chief talent officer at EverCommerce, where she sat on the executive team during the software company’s 2021 initial public offering and directed the people integration of 55 acquired businesses. Before that, she spent more than seven years at Avantus Federal and its predecessor E3 Federal Solutions, rising from program manager on Transportation Security Administration work to vice president of integrated talent management. She began her federal market career at Morgan Business Consulting, leading a $50 million Navy-focused contract involving allied nations.
Lamont holds a bachelor’s degree in foreign affairs from the University of Virginia and a master’s degree from the George Washington University School of Business.

The appointment extends a busy year for the Tysons, Virginia-based company. TechnoMile merged with industrial security firm SIMS Software in January, partnered with pWin.ai in February to integrate AI-powered proposal generation into its Growth Suite and named defense executive Mark McNeely to its board of advisers in June. The company provides AI-enabled platforms that unify contracts, growth, compliance and security workflows for defense, GovCon and public sector organizations.
