Electrosoft Services has secured a strategic investment from DigitalNet.ai to expand its capabilities and scale its operations. Electrosoft said in a press release received by Executive Mosaic that it will also work to expand its artificial intelligence, digital transformation and data analytics capabilities with the help of DigitalNet.ai.
Despite the investment, Electrosoft will remain majority-owned and will continue operating under its current leadership with no changes to its team, locations or federal customer work. The company will also retain all its existing contracts and contract vehicles.

How Will DigitalNet.ai’s Investment Support Electrosoft?
“Federal missions are evolving fast, and the threat landscape is evolving even faster. With DigitalNet.ai’s backing, we’re expanding the tools and talent needed for government to stay ahead of those challenges,” Sarbari Gupta, CEO of Electrosoft, told Executive Mosaic exclusively, adding, “This is not a shift in who we are; it’s an expansion of what we can deliver. Our federal customers can expect the same trusted leadership, strengthened by new capabilities that meet the emerging demands of modern federal cybersecurity.”
For Electrosoft’s chief executive, the partnership with DigitalNet.ai is “a force multiplier” that will enhance her company’s abilities to support customers.
Based in Reston, Virginia, Electrosoft provides enterprise IT modernization and optimization, software development and cybersecurity expertise to federal civilian and defense organizations. The company recently secured a task order from the National Institute of Standards and Technology to support the agency’s Cybersecurity Framework and Risk Management Program.
For its part, DigitalNet.ai works to provide enterprise artificial intelligence to support digital modernization and business transformation.
“This strategic investment mirrors the synergy between Electrosoft’s expertise and our AI-driven cybersecurity ATLAS platform,” said Ken Bajaj, CEO of DigitalNet.ai.
“As partners, we’ll drive enterprise AI solutions, grow secure AI adoption and strengthen our country’s cyber resilience,” Bajaj added.
