Array Information Technology and Fairfax, Virginia-based IT consulting firm Chainbridge Solutions have formed a joint venture that will focus on full-scope modernization and application support services.

Azoole comes as part of efforts to combine Array’s application management experience with Chainbridge’s app development expertise based on the “low code/no code” framework, Array said Thursday.

The Small Business Administration-approved JV will work to identify opportunities in the federal government sector which includes Array’s defense clientele and Chainbridge’s civilian agency customers.

Specific areas of focus include cloud computing, DevSecOps and agile development.

Sumeet Shrivastava, president and CEO of Array, said the partnership intends to establish Azoole as an agile and competitive firm in the mid-market space.

Chainbridge is an SBA 8(a)-certified, woman-owned small business that offers a range of IT services encompassing data management, app development, business process support and human capital management.

The company holds certifications such as the Capability Maturity Model Integration Maturity Level 3 and the International Organization for Standardization’s 9001:2015.

Array is based in Greenbelt, Maryland and offers could, cyber, logistics and IT modernization support to the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Army as well as state and local governments.
