Accenture Federal Servicesâ€™ John Goodman on Federal IT Modernization, AI Adoption
John Goodman, CEO of Accenture Federal Services, told Federal News Network in an interview published Thursday that the federal government is focusing on information technology modernization and efforts to improve government services. CACI Gets CMMI Development V2.0 Maturity Level 3 Rating; DeEtte Gray Quoted
CACI International has obtained a Maturity Level 3 rating for its customer platform delivery processes and best practices under the CMMI Institute's Capability Maturity Model Integration for Development version 2.0 program. The company said Thursday Process Assessment, Consulting and Training conducted the appraisal for CMMI DEV V2.0, a framework the Department of Defense and federal civilian agencies use to assess a contractorâ€™s ability to deliver on software and systems engineering projects.

USAF Selects Deloitte for Force Optimization Analysis Support
Deloitte Consulting has won a potential three-year, $39.9M contract from the U.S. Air Force to provide programmatic and technical recommendations in support of force optimization analysis activities at Air Combat Command's headquarters. The service received three offers for the firm-fixed-price contract and obligates $4.9M in fiscal 2019 operations and maintenance funds at the time of award, the Department of Defense said Wednesday.
