What Does the Janes-Seerist Partnership Intend to Offer?

In a joint release published Tuesday the companies said the collaboration will combine Seerist’s artificial intelligence-driven forecasting and alerting capabilities with Janes’ military intelligence data, including information on units, orders of battle and equipment, to provide a unified platform for analysts and operators.

The integrated platform aims to deliver real-time alerts supported by verified defense intelligence to enable users to identify emerging security events; connect geopolitical developments with operational force structures; and improve the credibility and accuracy of intelligence assessments.

Seerist and Janes said the platform intends to reduce the need to switch between multiple systems by offering a unified operational experience across watchlists, alerts and priority intelligence requirements.

The joint offering is designed for the Department of War, IC, NATO, European defense ministries and federal systems integrators.

What Did Janes & Seerist Executives Say About the Partnership?

John Goolgasian, president of Seerist Federal, said the partnership combines Seerist’s AI-driven geopolitical risk intelligence with Janes’ validated defense data to enable decision-makers and analysts to shift from detection to force understanding within a single workflow, representing a step toward a unified intelligence platform for government and defense customers.

“By integrating Janes validated intelligence directly into the Seerist platform, analysts gain a seamless new way to access the data they trust, when they most need it,” said Janes CEO Blake Bartlett.
