PCI Federal has appointed Neil Kronimus as vice president of information technology. According to an announcement on the company’s LinkedIn page, Kronimus is a veteran federal technology executive. In his new role, Kronimus will lead IT strategy, infrastructure and cybersecurity compliance across the company’s subsidiary portfolio, including CMMC and NIST readiness and the protection of CUI and ITAR data, while managing the IT budget, vendor relationships and a growing IT and cybersecurity team.
What Is Neil Kronimus’ Professional Background?
Kronimus has held technology leadership roles for more than two decades. His expertise spans cybersecurity, cloud modernization, artificial intelligence, enterprise technology strategy and federal contracting. Before joining PCI Federal, he worked at Maximus, joining the company in 2023 senior vice president of systems integration. Before that, he was chief technology officer of Sev1Tech’s strategic division.
His other former posts include CTO of CACI International‘s federal civilian sector and chair of the Cloud Center of Excellence at General Dynamics Information Technology.
Kronimus earned a Master of Business Administration degree from James Madison University and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Virginia Tech.
What Is PCI Federal?
Formally Ecke Holding Company, Poarch Creek Indians Federal, or PCI Federal, is the Poarch Band of Creek Indians’ federal contracting holding company, which oversees a portfolio of tribally owned businesses that provide professional services, IT and cybersecurity, aviation engineering, construction, manufacturing and other services to federal agencies and the Department of War.
In April 2025, it acquired SuprTEK, a cybersecurity and digital modernization provider serving the Defense Department and the intelligence community.
Kronimus’ appointment follows PCI Federal’s July hiring of Todd Hughes as vice president of AI strategy and solutions.
