Parsons2Parsons has chosen a group of engineers to receive this year’s National Engineers Week Award of Excellence in recognition of their work, commitment and innovation in the field of engineering.

One recipient, Abe Neemeh, serves as a program director for the Expressway Program in Doha, Qatar, the company said Tuesday statement.

Guy Mehula, Parsons’ Middle East and Asia president, said that Neemah has been key to helping increase mobility in Qatar.

Abdul Hameed Arwani, another Award of Excellence recipient, is a senior project manager based in Abu Dhabi.

Hee has been involved in full lifecycle project management work such as design, building, operation and maintenance, the company said in a separate news release on the same date.

The awards are part of the company’s observation of National Engineers Week 2014, which ran from Feb. 16 to Feb. 22.
