CargoSeer is an artificial intelligence company that provides the government with tools to address illegal goods smuggling. The company said its flagship product for automated container x-ray analysis can inspect shipments within 7 seconds to identify cases of fraud.
“By combining our capabilities, we aim to provide customs operators with a complete risk picture and a truly decisive advantage in protecting the global supply chain,” CargoSeer CEO David Smason stated.
“Through this collaboration, we’re delivering proven AI solutions that help bridge the data gap between security screening and the efficient movement of transported goods,” Nik Karnik, vice president and global security products division manager at Leidos, said.
How Does the Quadridox Partnership Enhance Airport Screening?
Leidos also recently partnered with Quadridox to develop a checked baggage screening system that merges computed tomography, X-ray diffraction imaging and AI. The effort pairs the Leidos Examiner 3DX CT platform with Quadridox DELPHI XRDI technology to create a dual-modality system that provides insight into potential threats.
