Neel Mehta 
Thomas Verbeck is the chief technology officer and vice president for strategy and business development at NCR Corp.‘s government solutions unit.
He oversees NCR’s technology development, strategic planning and customer relations with government clients worldwide and is also the founder and CEO of TJV.
He previously served as the information technology and cyber team leader at The Spectrum Group, CTO of Northrop Grumman‘s health IT programs and chairperson of JAS Energy‘s board of advisers.
Verbeck is a retired brigadier general of the U.S. Air Force and was director of command, control, communications and warfighting integration for the U.S. European Command, where he was the first J3 for cyber operations.
He is a former president of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association.
