Colin Skipper has been named the new vice president and global oil and gas market sector leader of the ports and maritime group at CH2M Hill.
He will be in-charge of working with major oil and gas companies and independent operators for greenfield oil and gas terminals plans, design and construction, CH2M Hill announced Monday.
Skipper’s role will also include terminal rehabilitation and upgrades and the support of engineers that focus on oil and gas marine terminals.
He has more than 25 years of engineering and environmental studies experience, according to the company.
