CACI’s national security solutions business has secured a $43.2 million U.S. Air Force contract for the sustainment and modernization of the Integrated Broadcast Service Network Services, or IBS-NS, system.

IBS-NS Sustainment Contract Details

The award is a firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed fee and cost-reimbursable no fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract that involves foreign military sales to the U.K. and Canada, the Department of Defense said Thursday.

Work will be performed in various locations inside and outside the continental United States, with completion expected by Aug. 19, 2028.

Sole Source Acquisition

In October 2024, the Air Force announced its intent to award CACI NSS the contract for IBS-NS sustainment on a sole-source basis. According to the notice, the contract’s requirements included IBS-NS spares acquisition, repairs, upgrades, modifications, program management, software maintenance and systems engineering.
