What Will McGill Do at Aretum?
The Vienna, Virginia-based company said McGill will oversee business development strategy across civilian agencies, with a focus on expanding partnerships and supporting government agencies’ modernization efforts.
“Jason’s deep understanding of the federal civilian landscape and his proven ability to translate strategy into mission impact make him a tremendous addition to our team,” said Sean DuGuay, chief growth officer at Aretum. “His leadership will be instrumental as we continue to expand our presence and deliver meaningful results for our customers.”

He was also director of growth for health at MetroStar and director of business development for grants at REI Systems.
He spent over nine years at the Department of Health and Human Services, where he served as director of strategic partnerships and business initiatives. At HHS, he played an instrumental role in creating a government-wide shared services platform for grants and financial management.
McGill began his career at Dell/EMC, supporting state and local governments facing data storage challenges.
