Neel Mehta 
John Foley is the chief financial officer and corporate treasurer at DSA, an employee-owned company that offers information technology and consulting services to federal civilian and defense agencies.
Prior to joining DSA in October 2009, he worked as a controller in Cigna‘s shared services organization and held various positions at Lockheed Martin for 13 years.
During his tenure at Lockheed, he held the roles of proposal specialist, integration project manager, pricing director, accounting manager and finance transformation director within the company’s information systems and global solutions business.
Foley also served as a senior business analyst at eBay, where he oversaw the implementation of a data warehousing system for the e-commerce firm’s half.com marketplace.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in communication and an MBA in finance from Rutgers University.
