TYSONS CORNER, VA, June 26, 2020 — ManTech (Nasdaq: MANT) promoted Matt Tait, who has led the company's mission solutions and services group over the past two years, to the position of chief operating officer in a move that takes effect July 1, GovCon Wire reported June 16.

His promotion is part of an organizational transformation aimed at realigning the MSS and mission, cyber and intelligence solutions groups into the intelligence, defense and federal civilian businesses, the company said June 15.

Kevin Phillips, president and CEO of ManTech and 2020 Wash100 awardee, said Tait is responsible for helping drive the firm's growth and ensuring delivery of technologies to the federal sector.

Adam Rudo, senior vice president and general manager of the security solutions business, will elevate to the EVP position and lead the intelligence sector. Andrew Twomey and Bryce Pippert will continue to oversee the defense and federal civilian units as EVPs, respectively.
