Lockheed Martin has partnered with Israel-based Rafael Advanced Defense Systems to distribute the latter's guidance kits to U.S. defense customers. The partnership would cover the 1K-pound and 2K-pound variants of Rafael's Smart, Precise Impact and Cost-Effective kits, or SPICE kits, Lockheed said Thursday.
