Tony Moraco: SAIC Patriotic Series Sponsorship Celebrates Integrity, Respect

Science Applications International Corp. said it will sponsor the Washington Nationals Patriotic Series for the second straight year.

The Major League Baseball team holds the four-game event at Nationals Park each year to pay homage to members of the U.S. armed forces.

“Integrity and respect have been a part of SAIC’s culture since day one,” SAIC CEO Tony Moraco said Tuesday.

“The Patriotic Series is another way for employees to come together to welcome and honor members of our nation’s military and first responders who put their lives on the line to protect our freedom.”

The 2015 edition will include a game versus the San Francisco Giants on July 4, Independence Day, to be dedicated in honor of the Texas-headquartered Operation Homefront national organization.
