Symantec has named Adrian Jones senior vice president for its Asia Pacific and Japan operations, the Times of India reported Friday.
The Times of India said that Jones will be responsible for growing Symantec’s market position and presence in the region while leading business operations and development.
Jones has held executive positions with technology companies in several countries and most recently served as GM and SVP of Oracle Asia Pacific.
Prior to Oracle, he was SVP of Enterprise Servers, Storage, and Networking at Hewlett Packard in APJ and has also held the VP and GM at HP Americas Solution Partners.
