SRA International Inc. has been named a finalist in the information technology services and consulting category of the American Technology Award, an annual technology industry award.
SRA earned the spot through its IT strategic planning approach called AcuITy Insightful Solutions, the company announced Wednesday.
Pat Burke, SRA chief technology officer, said AcuITy has helped them provide other companies with a time and cost saving approach to IT investment decision making.
“AcuITy saves significant time and effort by building consensus across the organization using empirical data for IT investment decision making. It incorporates customers’ objectives, budget considerations and mission priorities into a decision framework to create an optimized road-map that drives efficiency and effectiveness,” the company said.
The ATA is a project of the TechAmerica Foundation.
