OMNI announced on LinkedIn Thursday that Marc Zoellner has been appointed vice president of strategic growth for homeland and national security.
Who Is Marc Zoellner?
Zoellner is a seasoned senior executive with over 35 years of experience across the defense, intelligence and civilian sectors. He brings deep expertise in business development, operations management, strategic planning, consulting and mergers and acquisitions.
His career has centered on advancing border security, cybersecurity and critical infrastructure security initiatives.
Aside from his new role at OMNI, Zoellner serves as an officer and board member of the Washington D.C. chapter of the National Defense Industrial Association. He previously held senior leadership roles at The Building People, most recently serving as the organization’s chief growth officer.
Zoellner briefly served as chief operating officer at C2 Technologies and was VP for defense, intelligence and homeland security at Culmen International, following his tenure as senior VP of business development at VMD Systems Integrators.
Earlier in his career, Zoellner held executive positions at Abacus Technology, Accela Consulting, PricewaterhouseCoopers and ICF. His professional journey began as a project manager at ARC Professional Services in 1985.
