Executive Profile: Stan Ratcliffe, President of NCR Government Systems

Stan Ratcliffe serves as president of NCR Government Systems, where he oversees the adoption of the firm’s information exchange services by government customers.

Ratcliffe most recently served as vice president of defense agencies at HP and is also a former associate commissioner for the Internal Revenue Service‘s business process re-engineering and transition development program.

The 25-year information technology sales and management veteran also served as senior VP and general manager of enterprise services at AvantGo.

Ratcliffe received his bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and operations research from Virginia Tech.
