Neel Mehta 
Matt Marshall serves as a vice president and chief information officer at WBB, where he oversees all aspects of the company’s enterprise technology strategic planning and implementation.
He joined WBB in March 2014 following 15 years of service in multiple positions at Blue Bell, Pennsylvania-based Unisys.
Marshall initially worked as a Unisys architect and later directed the firm’s applications and architecture business and IT operations within the federal systems group.
Prior to joining Unisys in 1999, he was a director of software development at Memex and a vice president at Applied Micro Technology.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Marymount University.
