Neel Mehta 
Candy Curtin serves as senior vice president for human resources at Serco and is a more than 20-year HR administration veteran in both public and private sectors.
In this role, she oversees all aspects of human capital operation including recruitment, compensation, benefits, compliance, talent management and business support.
Curtin joined Serco in 2005 through the company’s purchase of RCI, where she worked as an HR executive for four years.
She also led the HR organization at the State Department‘s credit unit, directed compensation and benefits programs within Revlon‘s healthcare division and served as a pension consultant at a boutique law firm.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Baylor University.
