Intelligent Waves announced on Thursday its appointment of Kathy Barlow as the new senior vice president for contracts and pricing. Prior to joining Intelligent Waves, Barlow worked as the senior director of contracts at IntelliDyne.
The board of directors of Triumph Group has elected William Mansfield, chair of its finance committee since July 2020, to replace Ralph Eberhart as lead independent director, effective July 21. Triumph said Monday Mansfield has been serving on its board since November 2012.
