Aretum announced that it has been named a prime contract awardee on the Enterprise-Wide IT Service Solutions category of NASA’s Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement VI government-wide acquisition contract.

The Category B position means Aretum will be able to help agencies pursue enterprise IT priorities spanning digital transformation, cybersecurity upgrades, cloud migration, application development, systems integration, data and analytics work and broader mission-support functions.

“This award represents an important milestone for Aretum and reflects the confidence that NASA has placed in our ability to deliver innovative, secure, and mission-focused technology solutions,” said Rohit Gupta, CEO of Aretum and a 2026 Wash100 Award winner. “SEWP VI allows us to bring purpose-driven solutions to more federal agencies, helping them modernize critical systems, strengthen mission delivery, and achieve results that matter for the people they serve.”

What is SEWP VI?

The SEWP VI is an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity vehicle that gives agencies the flexibility to issue task orders that draw on the combined capabilities of multiple contract holders simultaneously. For Aretum, this multi-vendor structure represents an opportunity to strengthen industry-wide collaboration in service of federal mission needs.

Going forward, Aretum plans to leverage this contract vehicle to:

  • Build strategic alliances with technology companies, systems integrators and niche small businesses
  • Build agile teams tailored to the mission requirements of individual agencies
  • Expand federal customer access to cutting-edge commercial offerings
  • Co-develop technology with partners to accelerate modernization
  • Open more doors for small businesses to contribute and exchange expertise within the federal tech ecosystem

How Many Companies Secured SEWP VI Spots?

NASA announced 2,115 SEWP VI awardees in June. The award pool was split across three tracks — IT Solutions, Enterprise-wide IT Service Solutions, and IT Mission-Based Services. The mission-based services category drew the most winners at 1,059, followed by enterprise services with 692 and IT solutions with 364.

Each award can be worth up to $20 billion, and the ordering period stretches out to 10 years, running through the end of October 2036.
