Virginia Commercial Space Flight Authority to Help NASA Sustain Wallops Launch Site

rocket launchVirginia Commercial Space Flight Authority has won a $49 million contract to help NASA maintain and support the space agency’s Wallops, Virginia-based flight facility.

NASA said Wednesday it began to issue tasks under the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract on Dec. 8 through Dec. 7, 2019.

The contractor performs work at Wallops and other off-site facilities.
