Chenega Naswik International, a subsidiary of Alaska native organization Chenega Corporation, was awarded a five-year, $14.2 million contract by the Department of the Interior’s National Park Service to provide uniformed security services.
Uniformed Security Services Requirements
Chenega said CNI, which won the set-aside competitive procurement on July 2, will provide security guard and patrol services at various historical locations in the National Capital Region. These include Ford’s Theater, the Lincoln Memorial, the Washington Monument, the White House Visitor’s Center and the Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts.
In an email sent to Executive Mosaic Monday, David Pine, president of CNI and the Chenega Security Strategic Business Unit, said, “Chenega Naswik International is proud to partner with the United States Park Police in the protection of our national treasures, cultural properties and symbols of democracy.”
Recent CNI Contracts
CNI landed a similar contract in March when it was selected by the Special Operations Command South to provide security administration and access control support. The five-year, $6 million contract covers protective security guard services to SOCSOUTH’s location at Homestead Air Reserve Base, Florida.
In December 2024, the company secured a $10.5 million contract from the U.S. Army Materiel Command to provide force protection services, including security administrative support and armed access control, at AMC’s headquarters at Redstone Arsenal in Alabama.
