Neel Mehta 
Doug Kitani serves as CEO of IAP Worldwide Services Inc., where he is responsible for the strategic direction of government services and national security, infrastructure services and power provider.
Kitani served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of AOPA and co-founder of Calder Capital Partners before he joined IAP.
He also led portfolio strategies at DynCorp International and the corporate development efforts at Honeywell International.
Kitani completed 11 years of active and reserve duty service with the U.S. Army, where he was a pilot and officer.
He earned his bachelor’s degree from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, New York, and a master’s degree in business administration from Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
