Neel Mehta 
Doug Wagoner is sector president at Science Applications International Corp. and is in charge of technology development and thought leadership on program management and business development.
He has held his current role since December 2013 and also oversees employee deployment for the company’s mission systems engineering, training and simulation, logistics and supply chain, network integration and managed services offerings.
Wagoner led SAIC’s project management office for Project Gemini, which orchestrated the company’s separation into two standalone firms, and helped reduce costs by at least $400 million.
He held leadership positions at Data Systems Analysts, ChoicePoint and EDS before joining SAIC in 2007.
Wagoner is an inductee into Executive Mosaic‘s Wash100 for 2015Â and deputy chairman of USO’s Washington metropolitan area chapter.
