Rick Heinick, former chief human resources officer and head of transformation at Bausch + Lomb, has joined AECOM Technology as executive vice president and CHRO and will oversee the company’s human capital strategy worldwide.
“Rick has a proven track record creating a high performing client-focused culture,” Michael Burke, AECOM’s president and CEO, said Tuesday.
Prior to his work developing a people strategy at Bausch + Lomb, Heinick headed the mergers and acquisitions practice as a senior partner at Schaffer Consulting.
He will be based at AECOM’s Los Angeles headquarters.
