Neel Mehta 
Tom Miiller serves as senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary at Engility Corp., which he joined through the firm’s spin-off from L-3 Communications in 2012.
Miller’s ties to L-3 begin in 1987, when he held his first of several legal positions within L-3 or companies that would become part of L-3.
He earlier spent eight years as an attorney with Dykema Gossett in Washington after earning his Juris Doctor degree from the National Law Center at George Washington University.
Miller began serving as general counsel and senior vice president of L-3 Services Group in 2004 after a four-year stint as general counsel and secretary of Allied Aerospace Inc.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Utah.
