Buchanan & Edwards sponsored a University of Virginia-hosted forum held Friday through Sunday that sought to promote mobile application development.
Students in teams of four participated in a 36-hour programming event to develop mobile apps or platforms from scratch during the UVA 2014 Hackathon, BE announced recently.
The UVa 2014 Hackathon had more than 30 sponsors, who provided mentorship support to teams throughout the weekend.
Sponsor companies were also scheduled to host API demos and Tech Talks for the participating students.
