Bernie Bullert Takes CH2M Hill Principal Project Manager Role

CH2MhillBernie Bullert has been appointed principal project manager of CH2M Hill‘s water and strategic consulting team in the Minneapolis-St. Paul region.

Bullert will work with clients on operations and business decisions functions and also be responsible for developing and managing water projects in Minnesota and Iowa, the company announced Tuesday.

He most recently served as director of water treatment and distribution services for the city of Minneapolis and was responsible for a $75 million annual budget.

“City department and water utility enterprises are rapidly changing the way they operate as a result of increasing fiscal pressures,” said Steve Lavinder, CH2M Hill’s East U.S. global operations director.

Bullert is also a 35-year veteran of St. Paul Regional Water Services and spent 12 years there as a general manager.
