Lockheed Martin has secured a four-year, $87M contract to provide the U.S. Air Force with simulated training for aircrew and maintainers of the C-130J aircraft.

Services under the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract will support the needs of Air Force Security Assistance Training international allies and the U.S. government, the Department of Defense said Thursday.

The company will receive an initial obligation of $2.5K. Tasks will take place at Marietta, Ga., through December 2023.

The Air Force Installation Contracting Agency issued the sole-source award.

The U.S. military uses the Lockheed-made C-130J aircraft for transport missions. Organizations from 18 countries operate the aircraft.
