A PAE subsidiary has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Metis Solutions Corporation, a provider of intelligence analysis, operational and tactical training and program management, for $92 million in cash. “This acquisition expands and builds scale in intelligence analysis, training and program support, all of which are well-funded market areas of the U.S. government and our allied nations," said John Heller, president and CEO of PAE and 2020 Wash100 Award recipient.
PAE announced on Monday that the company has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire CENTRA Technology, an intelligence analysis service provider focused on providing mission-critical services for the intelligence community and other U.S. national and homeland security customers, for approximately $208 million in cash. The acquisition will specifically strengthen PAE's intelligence, defense, and national and homeland security businesses.
